Shipping Coverage & Methods
We ship nationwide within the Philippines via J&T Express. Standard delivery applies to all locations. Courier assignment is automatically determined by our system to ensure maximum routing efficiency.
International Orders: For shipping outside of the Philippines, please contact our team at support@uaworldwide.com before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please note that our processing timeline strictly excludes:
- Weekends
- Public Holidays
- Unforeseen Courier Delays
*For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins only after the 1-hour cancellation window has expired.

Tracking & Fees
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on standard courier rates and your exact delivery location.
Tracking Your Order: Tracking details are sent via email immediately upon dispatch. If a parcel is flagged as lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement pending an internal investigation.
COD & Account Policies
Return-To-Sender (RTS) Policy
An order is marked RTS if the customer is unreachable upon delivery or refuses the parcel. Repeated RTS cases on your account will strictly result in:
- Limited Cash on Delivery (COD) access
- Permanent removal of the COD option
- Account Trust Tier downgrade
Cancellations & Order Changes
Changes: We do not allow changes to an order once it has been placed. Please cancel your existing order and place a new one with the correct details.
COD Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted strictly within 1 hour of ordering. Frequent cancellations will flag our system and restrict your ability to use COD in the future.
Holiday Advisory: Please expect longer delivery timelines during major holidays and high-volume sale events. We highly appreciate your patience and understanding.
