Want a different size? The process is to cancel your order first (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Request a Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact our support team.
