We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
TAKE NOTE: This applies specifically if you have received a defective product or the wrong item.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

*Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined immediately.

Exchange Policy

โš ๏ธ Important: No "Change of Mind" Exchanges If the correct item, size, and variant were shipped based on your order, exchanges for a different size or style are NOT allowed.

Exchanges are strictly exclusive to:

  • Fulfillment errors: Wrong item sent
  • Manufacturing defects: Factory flaws

Want a different size? The process is to cancel your order first (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Request a Return

    Initiate Request: Email us at support@uaworldwide.com to initiate your request.

    Get Approved: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

    Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) to our facility at the following address:

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact our support team.
