Standard delivery applies to all locations. Courier assignment is automatically determined by our system for maximum efficiency.

⚡ Order Processing
Your orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times exclude the following conditions:
- 🚫 Weekends
- 🚫 Public Holidays
- 🚫 Courier Delays
*For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, fulfillment begins only after the strict 1-hour cancellation window expires.

🔎 Tracking & Fees
Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout based on standard courier rates and your exact delivery location.
Tracking Your Order: Tracking details are sent via email immediately upon dispatch. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement following our internal investigation.
🛑 Order Policies
Changes: Modifications are not allowed once an order is placed. Please cancel and re-order the correct items immediately.
COD Cancellations: Allowed within 1 hour of order placement only.
⚠️ Return-To-Sender (RTS)
An order is marked RTS if the customer is unreachable or refuses the parcel. Repeated RTS cases result in:
- Limited access to COD checkout.
- Permanent removal of the COD option.
- Account Trust Tier downgrade.
