How long does processing take?
  • Typically 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays/holidays).
  • For COD orders, processing begins after the 1-hour cancellation window has passed.
How long does shipping take?
  • Within Cebu City: 1–3 business days after shipment.
  • Outside Cebu: 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times vary due to courier, weather, or peak season.
How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once shipped. If unavailable, contact support with your Order Number.

Tracking status:

Updates take 24–48 hours after dispatch. If no update after 48 hours, contact support.

Can I cancel my order?
  • COD: Yes, you can cancel within 1 hour via the app.
  • Prepaid: Yes, you can cancel only before packing begins. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank.
  • Late COD cancellations result in disablement after 3 instances.

Can I change my size or item after ordering?

No. Orders are considered final once placed to maintain inventory accuracy.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, for eligible accounts with zero RTS records and less than 3 late cancellations.

  • One RTS or three late cancellations disables access.
  • Limit of 2 (two) consecutive COD orders per account.
My parcel shows 'Return to Sender', what now?

Occurs due to unreachable recipient or incorrect address. Customer-fault RTS disables COD. Contact support with Order Number.

How can I recover COD access?
  • Complete three (3) successful prepaid orders; or
  • Manual review after 60 days with no issues recorded.
Wrong item or defective item?

Exchanges are only for defective/incorrect items. Contact support within 48 hours with clear photos/video.
